The restaurant, which has two branches in New York, will open its first branch outside of NYC at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai, next to DWTC. The restaurant is expected to open in Dubai on July 18. The concept at Miss Lily’s is described by the restaurant as a “beach shack meets Jamaican diner”, and will feature a soundtrack of reggae and old-school ska played at the restaurant. Head chef Adam Schop will be in charge of the Dubai kitchen. Dishes on the menu will include fusion items such as jerk ramen.
